Britney & Destiny ! These two ladies helped me out with all of my questions and both thoroughly explained my contract while assisting me. The office was very clean and comfortable. Destiny was professional and there to help me when i picked up my rental and Britney assisted with the easy return process. I will definitely come back to this location again

Would have given negative starts for customer service. Very rude. To answer if they could reserve a mini van or not, they wanted an insurance reservation. I called insurance, Renewed my reservation for a rental, then called back the office. They told me they do not have a mini van. They could have told me in the first place that a MINI VAN WAS NOT AVAILABLE instead of making me go through the entire process! TERRIBLE attitude from both staff members. The second staff member stood by the behavior of Destiny the first staff member I spoke to. Why would you need insurance information to answer if you have a mini van?

Agents took advantage of my wife, who doesn't speak English well. Charged her for a $50 car for 3 weeks when she knew insurance only covered $30.

This place is for questions. One more thing. They deserve the right to decline a client if they have a valid reason to think that the client will not behave properly with the vehicles or the client has very little driving experience or the client is simply rude or some other valid reason. Acusing them of racism is very wrong.

I am sorry anyone still has this treatment when we are giving these companies our business. Try contacting the enterprise company in charge of this location, they may be able to work out something to keep you as a customer. But I am not positive since I am not an employee of the company but it's worth it to try. Hope you have a pleasant resolution.
