Worst customer service ever. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Bought a dishwasher from this store and 4 weeks later still waiting it to be installed. Customer service is pretty useless and just put you on hold if you try calling them and don’t even get me started on the staff’s response if you go in person to check the status of your order. Good luck trying to get help from customer service on the phone. We ordered an appliance online (that never came), didn’t get full refund and kept getting runaround. We would get placed on hold constantly without any answers…we had to go visit the store and still got a hard time getting our money back for lack of service. Never again, thank God for Home Depot

Only 3 🌟 at Lowes ..because you need the most never found help happened a couple times to me and my husband...the workers always gathering in groups all way to the back. chatting(I understand they need breaks)..I don't know about management but no the greatest one ..
