As decorated military veteran I'm very disgusted with their military discount policy. I thought i was trying to get discharge from a high security installation. This is the last trip I will ever make to Home Depot. Shame on you!

Pleasant experience at this location. The Veterans Discount program is all hosed up and does not make it easy for people to use. Older Vets more technically challenged will not be able to participate because most do not know how to use their phone app, the staff has been crippled in their ability to grant this discount nor are they being instructed or provided tools to help older vets how they to enroll in the program showing that corporate does not truly care about veterans. Very sad state of affairs which could have easily been avoided with a properly vetted and tested implementation program for these changes.
