Don't come here for PVC fittings. The area is a disaster and it's been this way for years. You look for your specific fitting, see the picture on the box and look in it and there are 8 fittings in there there and not 1 is the correct one. Same story in many if the boxes.

We just purchased a dishwasher from Lowes today. I wanted to share my experience of the Suwanee Lowes. So as we walked up we were greeted by a lady, very kind telling us about an event with free hotdogs and home safety etc. The lady in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dish washers. She helped us find an in stock one we could take home today, at a good deal. I also wanted a blind cleaner and there wasn’t one in the blind section. The lady in the blind section suggested I check in the broom and mop area. She was correct and I found the blind cleaner. Every person I saw or encountered asked if I needed help was smiling very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

I quit the orange place due to lack of customer service. Well today made me want to return. 1:45pm we shopped for a barn door- saw in line and wanted to check with the professionals (ha!!) None around. Doors behind a cart of door parts we could barely move. Demo doors unable to view as other doors leaned on them. I couldn’t move 1 . Pressed the help button. Nothing. Called the store. Asked for help. 10min later called again. 10min later called and asked for a manger?! Never received help! Never spoke to a manager. Asked for 1 as we checked out with a few small item. “we can call them” I laughed all the way put. PLEASE don’t become the orange guys!

Always enjoy shopping for lawn and gardening.. Needs to hire more staff though.. Customer service is still not quite where it should be for a big BOX STORE l!!!
