From Roanoke Rapids and moved away after joining military. Recently visited during 4th of July weekend, and my vehicle was riding a little funny, so I thought it was the suspension. Took it to Mr. Tire and was told my struts were bad and needed to be replaced for north of $900. Took it to Firestone the next day and told them I needed new struts, Firestone ordered the parts and called me when they got in. Firestone told me my shocks, struts and brakes were just installed...brand new, and showed me. Maybe Mr. Tire is only good for tires, but I don't know. UPDATE: I called the number provided below and entered the extension, however was still lost at what option I should have selected to speak to someone regarding this matter. I did however choose Human Resources which was option 3 I believe, and they were unsure of whom I should speak with. Again, for the exception of tires, maybe, this company at this location is a rip-off.
