I worked there for two month as Staffing Coordinator. The only thing anyone showed me was where my office was and where the time clock was. They never gave me any training as how they wanted the job done. I went to Human Resources and ask if she could sit down with me and go over what my job responsibilities were. She never got back with me. I was the scheduler but couldn't print schedules. Corporate Support never could fix it or gave me another options.The new DON was on a power trip because this was her first DON position. Her lack of experience showed.

I put my emergency call light on and did not get a response for 35 minutes luckily I was not hurt but I could have fallen; I have fallen previously😩this incident was a Saturday afternoon from 1:05 until 1:40so it was not an odd time nor was it a holiday😩😩😩😩

This place has some amazing staff ! When I go in to visit, its always clean and the cnas as well as nurses arent just standing around smoking and texting, they're working and smiling while they're doing it ! Even the office staff helps. The residents here are very well kept and always happy. That goes a long way.
