Went in last week and got change for 200$ Got it with no issue. Went in today to get bigger bills in exchange for 20’s. The woman working helped and started doing the transaction when another employee started saying we could not do that due to money laundering. Either that was bs or the employees don't know company policy. Also Atm is supposed to be 24 hrs.. but the last 2 times i went doors were locked.

I am so sick of coming all the way home to this ATM and find out it is NOT working again. So irritating to have to make the drive all the way back into GJ. Wish they would get the dang thing fixed. Happens 7/10 times I need to use it.

The tellers are nice but like another reviewer said, the employee at the commercial teller line is always so rude.

Person working Commercial Teller line is completely unprofessional and unfriendly! Acts like she is being put out to do her job.
