Tom Smaby helped me pick out a new sofa for my new home and he was AMAZING! He gave me information and advice but didn't hover and let me take my time to test lots of different couches. I'm not moving for a couple of weeks yet and he made it so easy to get my new furniture delivered once I move in. He is FANTASTIC and I'm definitely coming back for more!

Stay away! This place is awful! Working with this store has been an absolute nightmare. Went in and ordered a sofa and went out of my way to confirm the type of fabric on my sofa with the salesperson. They gave me incorrect information and a few days later I had a couch I didn’t want in my apartment. It was like pulling teeth to come get someone to pick it up and the representatives at the store are not helpful at all, just get telling me to call the Ashley customer service line which has incredibly long hold times. When I finally got my couch picked up the pick up team scratched my floor badly and again I was told to report it to the customer service line. I am now waiting on a refund for the couch which they told me would take 5-7 days to process but they haven’t even started the process 6 days later because “the manager is not in” and won’t be until Friday. I have spent hours of my time dealing trying to resolve this that I will never get back and still don’t have my money back. It is mind blowing to me that a store would treat people like this.

Never again! Was told one time slot then another, didn’t show up for 2 hours later when it was pouring out. We chose this sectional bc it was promised a time slot that would work for us to have people come help. Waste of a day for sure. Called manager never got a follow up. I’m in customer service myself and it started off so great.. then ended not working great!

Our sales person Samantha M was fantastic! Knowledgeable, didn’t pressure us, efficient, and friendly! We had a great experience and would definitely work with her again!

People must wear masks in the store. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the store. Social distancing is practiced.
