Called to get a quote. Whoever picked up was rude and sounded like they did not want to help at all. I provided that the towing would be from City A to City B at roughly 9-10miles and he still made a rude comment saying he had no details what so ever. I will NEVER ever use this company. Not only was customer service terrible, the rate for 10 miles was $216. Terrible.

Fantastic service! Called that morning to have a car moved from dealership to repair shop and within a half hour they were already in process of moving it! Can't ask for more than that. Driver was very friendly as well which is always nice!

We live in an apartment complex that requires parking stickers. Schmidt towed our car even though we HAD A PARKING STICKER ON THE CAR. Had to go to their lot to retrieve our car back, the whole process was over 2 hours long. Their response to us was to "put the parking sticker somewhere more visible because there are over 100 cars for them to look at." So since there are "over 100 cars to look at," you just go ahead and tow any car??? The sticker was placed in the corner of the windshield where it should be, so should we put the sticker right in the middle of the windshield? An apology for their lack of care would've been a much better response. Also, the gal who picked up the phone said we can pick up our car in the morning when they open. My significant other called and spoke with the same lady, -she told him he could come to pick it up immediately (11 p.m. at night). Not sure why we were both given different answers by the SAME person. Perhaps they need to review their policies/hours to give consistent answers. In conclusion, this was a complete waste of time, gas, and an overall inconvenience just because they failed to open their eyes wider to look at the parking sticker that was clearly displayed on the windshield.
