I rarely make negative reviews of businesses but I feel obligated to do so. If you're thinking about selling something to Nat Cam - don't waste your time or your dignity. Their offer was under $1000 dollars under projected value of modern Leica camera. They told me that needed to make over $800 of profit on a used camera sale.... I'm sorry but that's just silly. Even B and H or Adorama don't have those kinds of margins in their used camera sales. To add insult in injury when the woman helping me returned to me after assessing my camera and lens (which she handled and traveled with no lens cap on) she was very defensive when telling me their price. I said we were far off in prices and she asked what I was expecting for my trade-in. I told her - > she laughed in my face out load.... frankly I was embarrassed. I've never been treated so poorly in a camera store before. I wish I could support a local company, but with low tier customer service and insulting projected value I can't recommend Nat Cam to anyone ever again. Please avoid this company, they clearly don't value their customer relationships.

Yes. As a matter of fact, I had a roll of film that I found in a 100-year-old camera and they sent it to their film developer for only $18. There were no pictures on that roll but it was worth $18 for me to find that out.
