I used Kelly Kealy at the Golden Valley location and he was so knowledgeable about appliances. He has an encyclopedic memory of features, strengths and quality. What really impressed me about Kelly is that part way through the process he realized that I would need the appliances in another state. I have since found out that this means he will not get a commission from me. It did not matter to Kelly, he continued to do his job really well and connected me to another salesperson. This is someone who cares.

Ashley saved our year! After a construction mishap that totaled our fridge we were looking at a year wait for a new one. She walked us through all the options and found us the perfect fridge that we could purchase the floor model so it would be available immediately. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we’ll definitely be back!

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment.
