I wish I could give them a zero. The internet will not stay on. It was out all of last week due to “outage in our area.” It takes forever to get help via phone. I’m getting ready to switch immediately.

I've spent the last 2 weekends with next to no internet and there is no repair dept i've been with centurylink for more than 20 years at this point im thinking if i had none i wouldnt be so frustrated. Century link has been ling and sayin we are striving to get faster internet but i pay for 1 to 4 and only get .6 at best. They sent me a new modem but every time i hook it up i loose internet

I have been trying with many of your techs for right at a month, to restore my internet. Each tech have me doing the same thing, with the exception of adding one thing different. The last agent was May 20,2021 and he said it sounds like it's my modem, however he did not give me a solition and we were disconnected. This is the second modern, I purchased the first one for arroud $267.00, it was the wrong one because it created issues. It was replaced with another one. Now the agent said it sounds like the modem because it shows it's connected. Howevver, on my devices ti tells me "NO TNTERNET CONNECTION".i
