We were doing an in-town move and needed storage so we could clean out our house and sell it. Robert had very helpful suggestions and was always pleasant. We got a 10x20 locker and almost filled it up. The facility was very clean. It was so nice to have an air-conditioned space to work in (loading and unloading) The carts were always available. It was easy in and easy out. We took advantage of using the truck for 4 hours to move the big stuff which saved us money. All in all, it was a better experience because we used Morningstar.

Robert, the manager, went above an beyond the call of duty to help us figure out the best way for our company to use his facility. He even showed up early the day of our move-in make sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism is top-knotch. And the facilities are perfectly suited for out needs.

Overall, this is a great storage facility which is why I gave it 4 stars. We stored our possessions for a little over a year here and do not regret it. Pros: (1.) The front desk staff are always reliable, pleasant, and helpful. (2.) The grounds are taken care of and the building inside is very clean. (3.) It is well secured and well lit. I felt comfortable that our things were safe and protected. I also felt safe there by myself as a female. (4.) We were always sent monthly invoices so I knew exactly what I was paying for and when to expect the monthly draft out of our account. Cons: (1.) While the storage facility is advertised as "climate controlled," I do feel that it still remained too hot inside during the summer months. If I had to guess, the temperature is kept at the high 70s or low 80s. (2.) It had a constant smell of fertilizer chemicals....possibly from other clients who store their landscaping equipment? (3.) I wish that it kept a dumpster on site for people to throw away their trash while they were sorting out their storage unit. The only dumpster I found onsite was one that was kept locked admittedly by the manager to prevent people from throwing big items away i.e. furniture.
