Good place for workouts but the vending machine for sport drinks need to add an EBT card machine when we don't bring cash. Made me had to go all the way to the store to get me a drink then heads back.

There is no sauna at this location.
Hi Gail, we do participate in Silver Sneakers. Simply bring your card with you to any of our branches and sign up at the front desk! We look forward to having you.
Check with the site to see what days and times they offer it. There are some times during the day it is not offered so call before going to ensure they'll have someone on staff.
The wellness center does not, it is just a basic gym. However the YMCA on Charlotte Avenue does have a pool.
