The 3-yr warranty on my Polaris ATV from Team Motorsports, Green Bay, was about to expire. I had taken it the 1.5 hours each way several times over the years to get help with the charging issue with no success. I felt they were not taking me seriously. I was angry and exhausted. So, as a last effort, I took it to Pro-Motor Sports, Wausau. Although they were unable to diagnose the issue, they referred me to Bill's with confidence. My experience with Bill's was over the top from start to finish. Customer service is important to me. I was blown away. On the initial call, Bill was friendly, honest, and enthusiastically up to the challenge! He instructed me to find him directly when I got there. He told me to schedule with Jim in the Service Center and to bring my warranty paperwork from Team Motorsports. We were greeted by several folks when we got there. The gent at the service center explained their goal was to find and fix the issue and that best case was - they would do what they could with Polaris (even though my warranty was not through the manufacturer) to cover any of the cost. I didn't know what to expect. All I could say for certain is that I'd be visiting these guys again when it was time to buy a new toy :) I received a call about a week later telling me my machine was ready to pick up. After all I'd been through, I truly assumed they couldn't diagnose my issue either. I couldn't have been more wrong. They found it, fixed it (confirmed now after about 2 months of having it back home), clearly explained the issue and resolution, AND got Polaris to cover 75% of the cost. I thanked them repeatedly, not sure I could even believe this was happening. Also a big take-away is that when I picked it up, Jim again explained the issue and resolution, which was clearly documented in the paperwork he gave back to me. When I have work done, I expect documentation. Hard copy or electronic - I don't care which. I firmly believe that one of the main reasons the dealer (Team Motorsports) would not see my issue through is because I had better notes on the who, what, where, when, and how than they did. Most of the calls I had made to the dealer were not logged in their system. To them, it likely appeared that I never had much of an issue. Bill, you had me sold on the first phone call. You were so kind when I was literally at my wit's end. You were there to greet me when I arrived. You made me feel like my issue was important - that I was important. Your team is incredible - from the warm gent who unloaded the unit, to Jim at the counter putting my mind at ease, to the friendly atmosphere of the sales people, to the knowledgeable gent who loaded the unit back up when it was ready and to everybody I didn't get to work directly with that made this happen. I can't remember when I last had service this stellar. I'm overjoyed with the confidence I have in my ATV now. Finally, after being registered for 3 years and never left the yard, I can get out on the trails!

I bought a snowmobile helmet today. I called and talked to Jim. He was very friendly on the phone. When I got there he made sure I had the right fit and suggested a good balaclava to go with the helmet. Thanks Jim! I will be back.

My son recently purchased his first wheeler a 570. Excellent service!! The staff stayed an hour after closing so he could bring wheeler home same day. They even gave him 20$ for gas. Also spent much time going over safety and operation of the Wheeler. Will definitely go back.

Bought a fourhwheeler from Bill's today and was very pleased with the customer service. Jon Ulrich was my salesmen and was very helpful and friendly showing me around my new fourwheeler and guiding me through the paperwork. Him and another lady were even willing to stay over an hour late so that we could buy the wheeler the same day. At the end of it all he even handed me a 20 dollar bill for gas, which was very generous. Bill's was an overall great place to do buisness with.
