We just got done with the trip to the black hills.. Stopped here to ask some questions on my husband's side-by-side the parts girl was very knowledgeable and sold us the right part that fixed the problem. We had to go back with 2 machines after getting gas and they both had fuel filter codes fuel filter codes come up, Again the parts girl was extremely extremely knowledgeable helpful courteous and kind. Everybody there that we dealt with was absolutely amazing Very very good customer service they went out of their way to make sure we were backup and running to finish our vacation at a very minimal cost if they could help it. Thank you thank you you saved our vacation

Reed was very accommodating and explained all of the details of the side by side to us. Only problem we had was they didn't issue us a temporary plate because they said they weren't allowed to. When we went to the Treasurers office they said they should have issued it....I am sure it was just a miscommunication and wasn't any big deal, just would have been nice to not have to pay for one when we didn't have to. The finance lady (can't remember her name) and the parts guy were very helpful! Thanks for everything!!!
