My first visit here was good. But today. I stopped in to buy a mechanical fuel pump. And after standing there alone for a few minutes. The woman finally came out a side door. And rite off the top, RUDE. I told her what I was looking for. And pointed to it over the counter. She was like, are you sure. That not a fuel pump. And told her yes. She then asked me over and over. If I was "SURE". BC they don't do returns. And she was rude with a smart mouth. I kept telling I know what it is. I'm a mechanic. I own a shop. Then she tells me this little pump is $76. I told he she can keep it. Then she looks at me with this "SMERK". We buy the pumps for $20. But we did have any in-stock. Plus. If you going to have a sales floor and stock parts.. You need to have a return policy. If she was not so rude and have such a smart mouth. I might have just bought it just to get the job done. But now I can see why every time we pass. There is no customers there.

Good choices, good prices, fully compliant with DMV registration requirements. Staff is very good at explaining the features of the units and how to maintain them. I bought one three months ago without any problems. I once forgot I used to kill switch to stop it. I turned the key off and parked it for two days. Then I couldn't get it started and got mad. I called and cussed out the sales tech but then I had to quickly apologize. He told me over the phone how to solve this problem in the matter of under a minute once I stop berating him. I just forgot to disengage the kill switch on the handlebar. He's a good person and it was my fault. He had explained all that to me when I purchased it and he also sent me a followup email when I bought it and provided me with videos. None of which I did, nor was I really paying attention during his walk around when I purchased it. I quickly apologized to him and looked at all the videos. Now, I am not so ignorant of recreational vehicles. I learned a lot. They are good, honest people. You can't go wrong with them.

Very rude people. Bought a 4 wheeler for my daughter, she rode it for an hour. Started having issues after that. Something with the ignition switch, had to buy a new one after riding an hour. DO NOT and DO NOT go to this place

They saved our Christmas. I bought one online a month before X-mas and I put it together but there was a lot or broken parts. The company that sold it to me took my money and refused to send the parts I needed. I didn't have time to wait so I got one from these people at Blaze Powersports on the 24th. It was assembled and serviced the right way. They explained how those online shippers get theirs, from distributor to distributor but they get theirs directly from the importer. Never been happier, wife too. Just after Christmas I brought them the one I purchased online and they got it fixed to and helped me file a claim with the online dealer. These are good people to deal with. I am impressed by their knowledge and experience.
