Finding the root cause to an issue can be difficult. I needed to be persistent as we worked through it, but the shop stepped up and worked hard to figure it out the problem. I appreciate the fact they listened to me and took the time to look at things again even after thinking the problem was fixed. They delivered on-time each time and the issue is now resolved!
