I called Hagers about a muffler delete on my Ford Focus ST on short notice and they were able to fit me in at opening, which I was very appreciative of. During the whole process I was able to watch and give feed back about the positioning of the exhaust and how much I wanted the tip of the exhaust to extend past the bumper. They catered to exactly what I wanted and even added an extra exhaust hanger to make sure it was secured. Although I did not discuss price before hand, it still came out to be what I expected and was quoted from other shops. The process was very quick and I would recommend them to anyone wanting some quick exhaust work.
