Out all the Firestone I had service at this is #1 Top not too bad bash the others but this is the number one here I would recommend to come to Renee was outstanding also Jason was outstanding very good in customer service very friendly, good explaining every detail on my car didn't feel pressure to push me to pay extra or anything they work with me. Most places will add on force you to get it right away if necessary but they really broke things down explain things to me and detail with no attitude I just want to say they stood out in my book truly truly will recommend to come here thank you so much Renee on helping me and also Jason on helping me getting my car done I had Cadillac Escalade truck that needed some work they didn't overpay me I don't know what else I can say I just want to say thank you so much Firestone outstanding job to whoever the technician was that service my car thank you so much you did a great job very satisfied here in this side.5 ***** Stars!!!! Will be back!!! Highly recommend to come back Michigan Ave! Downtown area sincerely Alecia Baker see you guys soon I need some tires now LOL got to take these rims off get new tires. Renee was so great, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Based on other reviews, it better to drop your vehicle off - if you can.

The Fiona look alike needs to be removed from the front desk her attitude is horrible every single time I come here! The men are much nicer
