I want to say service here has always been good. Everyone is nice and helpful. There is usually only one person working a window, so be prepared to wait if it’s busy. I’m giving them two stars, because I’ve had two packages get lost somewhere down the line after shipping from here. I was told they don’t scan when you drop off a package, and I don’t know if that never triggers a scan, but a package was never scanned and delivered a month later. I currently have another package hopefully not lost, but no scan after five days.

Contact UPS and obtain a tracking number for this package and then contact the post office with this number. They should be able to locate it if in fact UPS shared it with the post office.
Because they are lazy and trifling thieves. I have been sending complaints online and calling about our bad attitude, lazy and unprofessional carrier for 3 years now.
I agree. If the College Park facility is responsible to deliver your mail, they are nothing short of trifling, pathetic and lazy. Yet they receive a check and benefits holding up your business. Unhealthy Detroit customer service. Sad!
Sometimes management tells the letter carriers to come back to the post office, due to a number of issues, including time of day. At that point, parcels might receive that scan.
You can change your address online via the postal website, usps.com, if you change it online there is a $1.05 identity validation fee when you use your debit card. Or you can ask your postal worker to bring you a COA form, PS Form 3575. That's what my postal worker did and I gave it back the next day.

I don't know the actual cost but you get a slip and fill it out for certified mail postal worker will weight it to give you total price
Logistically speaking, you're probably at the end of the package route since youre so close to the PO, so you may be one of the last stops.
