Yes, they have a furniture bin there
You're technically not supposed to, but if they're in a trash bag the attendants usually don't ask questions.
I don't live in that area, but I am a county resident, and there was never any mention of fees to me.
My roomate whose been here most of his life says that goes to the landfill not the recycling centers
Im not sure if they do but they have a container for large items like furniture so maybe they do.
7AM to 7pm every day except Wednesday and Sunday.
