I would give it 0 stars if i coul, do not send your loved ones here, i wouldnt let these people care for my dog much less humanbeings the situation has gotten worse, due to neglect my knee is now locked and was told by a nurse its too far gone and would probly need surgery to break the knee and cut the tendons, before i came here i could move my left leg slightly, but due to neglect Andrew no range of motion exerciees i might need surgery to fix their neglect im not som 90 year old who has lost her mind, im 52 and know exactly whats going on around me. Fear fdont send your loved ones here if you love them there are staffing issues and it falls on deaf ears with the administration, i am 52 years old and here because i had a stroke tonight i feared for my safety because of one of the cjas i thought she was going to hit me one of the other cna's was sympathetic, but this one particular cna has been verry aggressiveits bad when you are the care of peole you cant trust please i beg you dont walk run from a place like this!!

They all take amazing care of my mom. Her room is always spotless. Everyone there is so kind to her. They go out of their way to talk with her and make her feel special. We are blessed to have them.

I wouldn't trust anyone at this place. All the Administeration does is Lie, Half the Nursing Staff clearly has no idea what their doing and, there are serious issues in the Kitchen.... someone's gunna get killed one of these days because of someone's negligence.

Update: The nursing staff is caring and working with my mother. She is not responding well but her Alzheimer’s, a nurse called it that, is keeping her confused. I wasn’t ready to hear it but I have to face the facts. She is slipping away but I cannot unfairly blame the people trying to help her. The activities staff did call me back that day with a FaceTime visit. Was it due to my Google Review? Who knows. My mother is here and we have made a terrible choice in her care. We fell and broke her hip and shoulder and had to go to a rehab facility after being released from the hospital. In the hospital we could visit her everyday and pretty much all day in order to help with her. She has dementia. Without a familiar face she won’t eat. The evening nurse in her section is very considerate. She takes the calls and gives me an update. The problem is with their activities staff. I called to make a FaceTime visit with my mother on Saturday . They only allow two calls per week. No one was available and I left a message. On Tuesday, I received a call back and was told I’d be receiving a call on Wednesday as her calls are Monday and Wednesday and obviously we missed Monday. I was told I’d receive the call at anytime between 8 am and 5pm on Wednesday. I have had my phone the entire time in my hand or in my pocket. At 1:26 they called but I could not connect before they hung up. I called back. They didn’t answer. I called their front desk and was placed into their activities staff voicemail twice. My photo shows the calls. The activities staff simply doesn’t care if their patients get to speak to their family or not. My heart is broken, everyday my mother slips further away and she’s terrified. She won’t tell them she’s hungry, she forgets that she is. They also allow 1 in person visit per week but my sister has claimed those.
