This bank has gotten worse over the years. Cant even call to check your balance. Sends you to a operator to talk to and they aint even there no matter what number you call. Moment im able to to im switching banks. Used to love this bank but now i hate it

The staff is very professional and helpful with discussing your financial needs. The tellers are very efficient in hanging your accounts. They have stocks ,savings, checking, home loans, retirements, bonds and others services the offer. They are getting ready to go through a merger so some things maybe changing. You should call an speak with a representative to make an appointment to discuss your options a available.

It's a good bank if you have nowhere to go or just need to see a teller. But if you need to sit down and speak with someone, I'm afraid their service is lacking. They don't seem to understand that people who work regular hours are unable to sit and wait an hour while retired individuals chat casually with staff and cut in line. Whenever I've needed to speak with a staff member, such as a relationship banker, I've had to wait far too long. Also each time, they've allowed other customers who've just entered the building to cut in front of me. (I don't think they always do the latter intentionally; they just have no system to ensure that people are seen in the order that they arrived.) I hate to write this publicly, but I emailed them my feedback privately and did not receive a response. Instead, the only "response" I received was that I had the same negative experience this week: a long wait and someone strolling in and cutting in front of me, and in this case, the banker knew it and let it happen. I think my days with BB&T are almost done.

There'll charge a fee to do so, most banks do if you don't have an account with them. Use it to open an account so it's fee free.
