I received a brazilian wax here. On the website the listed price was 65. I'm very experienced with brazilian so i always do my own clean and prep before arrival got there and the wax process ( snatching out the hair) was wayyyy longer than I was used to. In my opinion wax strip for brazilian is much more painful and takes times longer. My girly bits were FULL of sticky hard to pick out wax like in the inside around the "bean" and on the outside I've never had that before. I was then instructed to clean the wax that she missed around and in my area on my own and she would step out and give me a moment to do so. She missed the whole bottom portion of my girly part so it was just hair and wax in a glob and was way painful to pick out i was left to clean up the wax on my own. Got to the counter and was charged 75. Didn't get any extra service for that price to be charged. I am a firm believer in tipping so still tipped 10 bucks. They asked if I'd like to schedule my next appointment and couldn't politely decline fast enough. I've had 30 to 50 dollar waxes that were way faster less painful and more clean and neat. Also the salon wasn't the neatest I don't know what in the world was 75 dollars about that service but I will absolutely never go back again. They were kind though which is why I gave 2 stars

I had a consultation appointment today with Erin to discuss a drastic change in style. She was wonderful! Very nice, listened to my concerns, and obviously very talented. Everyone in the salon is warm and welcoming. I had the first available in 3 and half weeks, but Erin looked at the schedule and cancellations , and I'll be back at 8 tomorrow morning for my new cut!
