I have bought 3 sets of tires and wheels from this particular discount. The staff here is unbelievably knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to help me with my custom builds. I will never be buying tires anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Walk in at 4:30pm (they close at 6pm). Greeted right away by Adam on the floor. He comes out and looks at the tire that is leaking and tells me they can probably plug it but It might not hold. Then he looks at all the tires and realizes that my tires are old and bare. (they were). We go inside and he shows me all the prices and options and we pick the best one we think. I paid and he said he would text me right when they are done. At 6:05pm they text me and Adam gives me the keys and walks me out to show me the work. Everything was perfect! I asked Adam to take a peak at my spare underneath because it wasn't dropping. Adam tried everything he could to get it down. Asked for help from others and helped customers while he was in between helping me. He is a true rockstar! In total he stayed late and went way above and beyond. I see this type of customer service at Discount Tire here and in West Saint Paul. It is great to see this and I will continue to buy new tires from Discount Tire and continue to sing their praises!
