Buyer beware! They sent me wrong measurement on my order. I couldn't use it. They refused to return it and im out my money. Plus their shipping time is slightly linger than others.

Thank you to Rochel for the great customer service. You were able to answer all of my questions. We received our material it the packaging was nice and secure. Everything was correct. I will be ordering again.

Prices are good for small pieces of material, but they are SLOW. Simple order didn't process for 2wk after placement. Will take at least 3.5wk total and only 3 states away. If you need anything larger than 4' long, consider buying from your local metal vendors like Alro Steel.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Looking at past reviews, I wish I had known. They seem to follow a pattern of promising a ship date and a few days later come back that they have to obtain your order from a mill and it will be later than anticipated. We have ordered twice from them and both times it took 5 1/2 to 6 weeks to receive our orders. Plus, since we are a small business with no shipping platform, they charge more for the shipping. The most recent order we ordered online on 7/11/2022. Were told they had everything and it would be shipped out within 5 to 7 days. A day later, was told one of our items they didn't have in the 12' length we needed and was only available in 6' length. Ok, that's alright as long as they informed us. Ten days later, were informed that it would be 2 weeks as it was not in stock. (Learned from the 1st order that it would cost more if we had the rest shipped immediately and had them ship the back order when it was available.) Three weeks later, 8/12/2022 - one month from the original order - was told our order had been shipped. We had been shut down at least 4 to 5 weeks waiting for our brass. Received our order on 8/18/2022. We ordered 62 bars of brass but 43 bars were the wrong size. After going back & forth with the "owner" via emails the past 5 days, were finally told that we ordered 62 bars, received 62 bars and it didn't matter that the sizes of brass bars delivered were wrong. We were asked to ship everything back (at our expense) so that their QC could verify that what was delivered was correct or not correct. We had already been waiting 5 1/2 weeks and told them that we could not afford to be shut down another 5 to 6 weeks. Our customers have been waiting as were we. Then they wanted us to take pictures of everything received which we had already counted and measured 3 times and placed on our racks for production. Things got nasty from then on. They don't believe their customers and pretty much said we were lying because they didn't believe us. We asked if they "...only go by the # of bars no matter what the sizes are?" The very last statement from the owner was "Yes, you ordered 62 bars and received 62 bars according to your chart."
