We went to entertain our children and see what new things they have to make life easier. I was sad to see that the chocolate area wasn't up, but we still had fun. And the boys got some super warm flannels.

That would all depend on who you shipped it with and if you paid for tracking...
You shouldn't have been charged tax on clothing. If you bought something else besides clothing that might be where the tax came from. But I have no idea what you purchased so if not I would take it back and get your money back.
Not sure about tune up, but add line is free from my previous experience. Usually purchase the line there though.

You can either take it back to the store or if it’s an online order follow the return instructions in your package slip. Tree stands are not allowed to be returned what so ever.
