Worst service. Honestly I am fairly certain that they are lying about why my package hasn’t been delivered the past 2 days that it has been out for delivery, it’s not that I am not home when the package doesn’t require a signature. No one wants to deal with the construction around my house. I don’t want to deal with it either and neither does UPs or Amazon or USPS but they seem to manage just fine.

Terrible people work there. Night managers harassed me out of a job screamed and yelled at me saying I should be fired for no reason. If your looking to keep your good health don't work there. If you ever meet dylan or Matt on the night shift punch them they are managers

Driver claimed incorrect address. That was a lie, and have had many packages delivered with no problem before.

This rogers facility is where our packages always “get delayed.” I never write reviews but this has happened far to many times. It is always over weekends when we can’t pick it up ourselves. It’s very clear there needs to be some quality improvement done. If I had a choice to not use this facility I would.

It's unlisted and no distribution center publicizes the numbers. You might try to get the delivery driver to give it to you. I was fortunate to get a number when living in CA. When I was asked how I got the #, I said I got it from a neighbor to protect the driver.
Anyone knows the # for this location?
I urge folks to write letters of complaint to FedEx corporate offices. I also recommend a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have personally experienced that it does push the company to at least have a human respond to you. Be polite, be factual, be brief.

I completely agree. They did that to me as well. Three times. And I was home and didn't see a FedEx truck even.

Even if you stay at home all day and monitor your front door, Rodgers FedEx will lie and say they attempted to deliver.
Contact the shipper you bought it from. FedEx doesn't deal with addressees. The customer service number is worthless! Can't speak to anyone. My experience with sellers/shippers has been surprisingly great. Either the order gets replaced or I get a credit.

Depends on which fedex office you are talking about. There are a lot of different FedEx Offices. You can also pick-up FedEx ground packages from Walgreens. There are a total of 42 locations within 20 miles of Rogers
Depends on the service and shipping method. Residential ground/express: usually 8pm Express business: usually 4:30pm Track the package for a better estimate.
8am-7pm monday-friday. 8am-noon saturday. Don't know why Evan said you can't, I work here and you definatly can
