Wonderful staff! Their salsa is the best! It’s always amazingly fresh and tasty!!! The cheese sauce is extremely good too! The mango shrimp is served hot and is absolutely delicious!

We ordered a container of pulled pork to go one night, that was pretty good. Went one more time in person and the food tasted like McCormick seasoning and rice from a box that I could make at home.

Otherworldy yall!! The best mexican restaurant I've been to. Hands down the most flavorful homemade salsa!! There are unique tastes in it that I've not had elsewhere. I'm a connoisseur, it's terrific!!! Most salsa has seemed pretty bland, but not this stuff!! Seeing you dont get the out-of-season watered down version that is. Haha! Theres no room to salsa to their sweet radio serenade, but I can just dance in the spacious booth they let me pick out! I got the slow cooked shredded beef burrito: savory!!! Its FAT too man, you'll be fed!! To-go box please? And an extra gallon of salsa!! 🤪 The rice & beans werent the best, I'll say those needed salt at the very least. I actually had a hard time finishing them! However, with the friendly & quick service from Jess, they deserve 5 stars!!! Dont be crazy yall, check out Madre Loca!!!

This is an edited review, My first edit was not very good being done on my phone in the parking log. We came to Madre loca for lunch today, we got there just after noon. The place was not very buys maybe 3 or 4 other tables when we got there. We were offered to sit where ever we wanted right away. The decor and feeling is really cool and fun to look at. I ordered the Pollo Fondido and my wife ordered puffy tacos with chicken. For not being super busy my wife thought the food took a while to come out, I felt it was about right with both of our meals having a fried element to them. The service was great, refills happened quickly and the orders came right, my wife asked to sub the beans for more rice and they got it right. The food on the other hand was bland. We were served chips and salsa right away. The salsa felt watered down, guessing this time of year it is hard to get flavorful tomatoes. My Pollo Fondido was a fried chicken burrito covered in flavorful jalapeno and cream cheese sauce, along with rice and beans on the side, and lettuce with a dollop of sour cream. By far the most flavorful thing was the sour cream. rice felt like it was just cooked with the same flavorless tomatoes as the salsa, and no real seasoning. The Jalapeno and cream cheese sauce was bland. No real flavor. My wife thought her tacos were pretty flavorless also saying she wished they shredded the chicken like the description said vs large chunks. She said her rice was very dry also. I will probably try this place again to see if today was just an off day. I will update my review after that next visit.
