Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady who is at the front desk but she was so racist with me, I show her a Valid ID and she said “your ID is fake” and she treated me so bad.. I don’t know who she think is but her customer service is really bad. By the other side. The towing guys who moved my car were so good.. I supposed the business face should be amazing but that lady is not
