Unable to contact this company for address after my daughter’s car was towed following an accident. It has been over a week with no answers. Thank for the response but I have called a dozen times and no one has ever answered.

Let me down twice. Details below. Called this Tuesday, told me they can’t get to it that day so they would do it the following day. Come the next day, it’s noon, and no sight of them so I texted what I presume is the owner and got an apology. Said they would get to it the next day. Now it’s Thursday and got completely ghosted — absolutely no response. If you can’t do your job, how about you just tell me you can’t instead of having me wait around for you?

Tom from Timber Towing Company arrived on time, was courteous to my kids and I and walked me through the costs and next steps to take with my insurance company. Gave me the proper paperwork and told me to call if I had any questions. Great customer service.
