I called for some information I was on hold for 5 minutes finally I hung up I drove over thereI need assistance with a part I had they called somebody and they never showed up so I went ahead and bought what I thought was right. The service was poor even though I do like the store.

Yes
They have signs posted to wear a mask, socially distance, etc. The employees are all masked and don't get up close to you unless they need to see what you are asking about in your hands or on the phone. They won't take the phone. There are markings on the floor for socially distancing at registers. They also have supplies for hand sanitizer you can use. Also have supplies to clean cart handles at the front door.
I don't work at tractor supply, I suggest calling the store. The staff there are very helpful and friendly.
