They allow power hungry supervisors to abuse their employees, sometimes in harmful ways, like turning up a machine to high so it might actually physically injure the employee trying to operate it.

I dont work here but I deliver steel all the time. I believe they make parts for Ford. Not sure about the pay and all that.

Normally before 3pm but you can still get unloaded on second shift most of the time
