Case workers and their bosses who you're supposed to call when the case worker doesn't return call in 2 business days are lazy! They never answer phones, they leave their voicemail box full so they don't have to call you back because you can't leave a message. Took two weeks to get my mom an interview. Case worker would call let phone ring one time then hang up. Took two weeks after documents were uploaded for anything to be viewed or processed and that only happened when we texted multiple times and sent screen shots showing documents were uploaded two whole weeks ago. Good thing I help feed her or she'd be dead by now!

No one ever answers the phone. And when I call my case worker her voice mail is always full and I can't leave a message ( it's been like that for over a week) The automated service is the most inconvenient, aggravating and useless "service" you can't get any real help or answers from it, unless it's something simple and they have a pre recorded option for it. To me the automated line is a way for case workers to avoid actually doing there job.

People that don't want to answer phone or work. Something really needs to be done. People are losing their stamps and benefits!

Noone answers the phone. You can't ever get ahold of any case worker's at all to discuss anything.

Do anyone know the fax # to send information for a change income?
Tell them there is money in it for them and they will get in touch with you pretty quickly. That's all they care about.
Yes
They are short handed with large cases. They need more people.
Good luck, they don't return calls ever
Their current address is 3310 Old Louisville Road. I believe that is an old school. Renovations to their old Fenwick Street location are nearly complete. They should be back there early next year.
Yes they are
Call your local police department and explain. They (DFCS) are currently working out of the old Augusta Tech campus while repairs are being made from a fire in their building.
We are the richest country in the world and no one will be helping. This is how America is now.
Or you could just be the change you wanna see in America. Not foreign countries. .. I mean isn't this Y America is in ruins?!?!?
Unless they moved buildings again. They are at the old Bungalow Rd Elementary 2216 Bungalow Rd. Augusta, GA 30906.
They did the same to me then 3 months later mailed me a letter saying I've been denied because I never showed up to my appointment even tho they never told me I had one
I was told their behind on their cases
Not yet, they are closed untill Sep. 13, 2017.
Food stamps? If so you have to call the number on the card and update it.
