Arrived at 1:21a for an appt 2 00a. Didn't finish unloading til 8:07a. Another driver before me said he'd been there since 10 30p (we left same time). Their excuse for delays "someone called out" not our problem!!

Just frustrated with this place, you have to guess whats going on, how to check in, huge line of trucks at the entrace, i don't even know if appointments even matter, get here first before everyone else and you are set

Sometimes they start letting in at 9 pm ,Sometimes now,if not it's between 10 and11 pm ,never has a problem unload quickly, no guard if you get there early before receiving start pull to gate or get in line they'll come out

Hi Tammy I've been there several times you have a very long driveway... but also have a sign that says no parking on their property sometimes I see drivers back up into their driveway and Park... I usually leave my Qualcomm in off duty and Drive slowly over to the ramp and stop on the ramp and take my break

No. The lot is very small, you enter on the right side and go around the building. The first set of docs is delivery, the second on the opposite side of the building is pickup.
