We had a great time diving. The staff had been incredibly friendly. We enjoyed our morning and afternoon dives!

Rainbow Reef is my favorite company to dive with! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for many dive trips over the past 2 years, and we always have a great time. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they expertly show you the interesting things in the water that us visitors might otherwise not notice. We received our Open Water training and Advanced Open Water through Rainbow Reef, and our instructors were Ana P and Chris B. Both were so smart, reassuring, fun, and responsible while being very firm about rules and procedures. There are so many amazing people on their staff. Dina, Elizabeth, young Jeff, old Jeff, Ariel, Natalie, Jonah, Gage, Jo, Chris, Bianca, Kevin, Ana, Cpt Lou, Cpt David, Cpt Abby, and Cpt. Michelle... I know I'm missing a few gems, but you get the gist. Everyone is phenomenal. Definitely book with them and tip the crew generously. They all have such passion for diving and the marine ecosystem and deserve the best.

I would not recommend going with Rainbow Reef.. I did 2 dives with Rainbow reef. Both were on pretty much the same dive site instead of going to a different location for a second dive, the explanation was that current has picked up (but in reality it felt like they were in a rush to get back to the dock). - they were very strict about getting back on a boat in exactly 60 mins - No surface interval between dives (first was shallow, but can I at least get a moment to drink some water and have a snack?) - speaking of snacks..none were offered. - no camera rinse bin. - a couple crew members criticized me over using an air from tank to clean water off the 1st stage regulator cap. Sorry, that's the way I do it and that's the way many divers do it. - weird policy about removing fins EXCLUSIVELY while on the tow line. - tank prepared for me was empty which I noticed during pre-dive check and it had to be replaced

I recently dived with Rainbow Reef for my first time. I am a dive professional with well over 1,000 dives and have taught hundreds of divers over the years. I was pleased with the entire operation from start to finish. The check-in process was simple and easy, the boat was well set up with seats already assigned based on the different activities that were happening on the water that day, the briefings were thorough, and the safety procedures left nothing lacking. With competitive pricing and good customer service, I would be happy to return.

You have to wear masks on and off the boat until your gear is on, and no sharing regulators or equipment, but everything is sanatized and cleaned after use.

My husband dives and I snorkel. Can we go out together on a Boat?

Doubtful, they are focused on larger boat ops and getting divers in and out of the water. There are lots of smaller operations in the area that would be more flexible, just expect to pay diver cost for the snorkler, as that's a seat taken, no matter what they do.
