We took our 8 week old puppy for her first visit a week ago. The staff are very friendly. However, I wasn't allowed to go back to the exam room. I was very disappointed by this. If I'm not allowed to be a participant during her exams I will have to find another vet. I'm hoping the policy will change as I was very impressed by the technician.

The vets there took their time to consult and consider treatment options with me, which have helped me and my pet greatly! Love the staff here along with the prices. Definitely invest in one of their great plans.

Just went in to have my cat checked out, it was an emergency, it was a short wait. After he was examined the vet said he was stable but redirected us to another hospital to get everything internally checked to be on the safe side… we arrive at the emergency hospital and as soon as we arrive they rushing to keep him alive. As it turns out he was not in fact stable and very below the normal levels for a cat. We were told the complete opposite at bansfeild. Disappointed.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 7, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 7, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
