The guy in the office is very ignorant and barley speaks English, the room was so run down and smelt like cigarettes (had my kid with me) we ended up leaving after a few hours of being there.

Since my previous visit last year, I have to say that Knights Inn has really stepped up!! Remodeled rooms and very comfortable. Same friendly service as always, and I am glad to have stuck with them. Will be back again next year!!

Do not ever stay here. Made reservations that were reasonably priced. When I went to check in, their system had made my reservation for the night before. Absolutely 0 accommodations for that. No refund, no discount, no apologies. So that was over one hundred dollars down the drain. The only room they had available was a king in a smoking room. I hesitantly took it. They told me it was $140 plus a $30 holding fee. First of all the room was disgusting. Stained sheets, walls, smelled like death, the water was brown and smelled terrible, the A/C unit didn’t work, the deadbolt was broken, and it was just not inviting at all. When I checked out the next morning their “complimentary continental breakfast” consisted of legitimately 2 old squashed danishes, and nothing else. I asked the guy at the front desk if I would be getting my $30 back and he said a few business days. I called a week later asking where my money was and they didn’t have an answer for me. So now I am out $270 for a one night stay. BTW it didn’t seem like all of their rooms were booked, I made it clear that there were three of us and it was ok to share a king but I had booked two queens for a reason. They were not accommodating in any way shape or form and very difficult to work with. I do not recommend this place to anyone ever. If they were charging $50 a night for each room I would recommend but I am very very disappointed and frustrated.
