My daughter stayed here on June 7th during a road trip. She came out the next morning to find her new car of three weeks with a smashed window, contents ransacked and glass all over the interior. She had a card with an officers name to contact taped to the car. (Of whom you could not speak to until he came back on duty Friday evening). There was a total of six vehicles that were vandalized that night. They do have a security guard on site but it’s more for show so one feels safe staying here. Now it’s dealing with insurance repairs and hoping someone will turn in the post cards and photos that were taken and mean nothing to anyone else. I guess one expects a better experience from a Marriott. Jo

Loved this location in St. Louis. It's conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, and shopping stores. A quite new hotel with a nice modern style lobby/bar area. It has several private work areas off the lobby and a great outdoor patio with fire pits. Nice sized gym with everything you need for a great workout. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was great. 5 stars all the way.

Relatively new hotel! Stayed here for work, very central location for moving through out the area. Rooms were clean and parking is very accessible. Water requires lots of softners which makes it very slippery (lime), this made the stay a lower quality experiance. Rooms do not have safes, if this is a requirement you may reconsider.

Not a place I'd go back to. I had a reservation but when I checked in the man working the desk said the system was down for checking it, but said he could "do me a favor" and rent me a room. When he did so he charged me higher than what my reservation was for, and when I asked him to drop the price he got mad and said he was already doing me a favor in renting me the room and to stop annoying him. I asked to speak to a manager and he said she's not there today. When I asked him what the favor he was doing for me, he said he didn't have to rent me a room, even though they had vacancy. When I said that wasn't a favor he cancelled my newly created reservation and said he was calling the police if I didn't leave. Very odd interaction. For some reason he thought renting me an available room was a favor? And this is after the broken system couldn't find my reservation even though I had the reservation number.
