If I could give negative stats I would. I brought in a motorcycle battery to be charged and they ruined the battery. Gave me another battery but we're very rude and wouldn't give me a receipt. Never will go there again!

My car battery died three times and the check engine light was on. Took it to auto zone in Sylva NC and they ran the battery test as well as checked the code for the engine light. The first red flag was that the guys working there seemed under the influence. The engine light code said I needed a new battery, however they claimed the battery test said battery was fine. They poured sprite over the corrosion and sent me on my way (even though it’s supposed to be a coke?). Drove the car home and the battery died again. So I took it to O’Reillys the next day, they did the same exact test and the battery was a goner. There was acid leaking from the battery and the corrosion was so bad that the battery was hard to remove from the car. Definitely never going back to an auto zone again, plus O’Reilly has a better theme song anyways. Shoulda gone there first
