They do not enforce appointment times. If someone with a later appointment shows up before you, you get bumped behind that person. My father had to endure an additional 45 minutes waiting because another patient was called in and later returned to the waiting room after her appointment was finished. The same personnel then called in my father. The patient seen ahead of my father had an appointment time 30 minutes after Mr father's appointment time.

There is no radiologist on site here and they do not honor the timeframes they advertise. If you don’t want to wait in limbo wondering about your health, then don’t go here.

I came on the wrong day for my appointment! The lady at the desk was so kind and took the initiative and asked if they could do my CTs and yes, there was cancellation! So not only were they nice enough to try to see me on the wrong day, they actually did, and throughout the entire process every single person I interacted with was professional, kind and caring. Truly impressed. I hope these people are recognized for the outstanding work they do. I was there 2/10/21 at 830AM. Thank you!

My mother was diagnosed with Ligma earlier in 2020 and they referred her to this imaging center. Amazing staff and state of the art equipment. 10/10 would recommend.
