Our waitress was a sweetie. The food came to our table quickly and was very good. I ordered the elk burger with onion petals on the side. Two of us ordered the sweet potato fries. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Well, I used the bull's room, but I assume the cow's room was clean as well. The prices were reasonable.

We were a party of 12 on the Sunday before Independence Day. They were pretty busy too. Couple more big tops. Our food took a while but was worth the wait. Our waitress Cristy apologized profusely for the slow service. As always a good experience.

My family was returning from Mackinac Island and we decided to stop at Elkhorn Grill. As we got off the exit it didn't have much traffic but when we got to Elkhorn Grill to order breakfast the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the Big Horn. My wife and daughter loved the short stack pancakes and sausage! Next time we pass through we will be returning.

This place is awesome. Small hometown people who are very kind and generous. The kids and I ate there the other day and the lady was very sweet and food was great. I showed up for their bike night to drop off donations for Gaylord and they treated me like they had known me for years. Amazing people, definitely recommend checking it out.
