I don't even jokingly recommend the apartments they don't have maintenance staff I have a month without air conditioning and they don't do anything to repair it

This apartment complex including the regional manager do not believe in exceptional customer service. They block Google reviews from residents telling the honest to Gods truth. They are rude, unresponsive if you place a service ticket prepare for it to be there for months at a time. It’s so sad! Like who wants to pay over $1600 a month for broken appliances, constant water leaks, drug activity that the management are aware of, infestations of bugs. Loud neighbors, trash on the grounds- maintenance staff lounge around the property as if there is nothing else to do! You have to email call and email, go to the rental office just so they can complete request in a timely manner! It really is exhausting!
