Used to beable to call then directly so you could correct a package delivered to the wrong address but now they don't even accept calls.

No issues other then their hours which make it hard to get anything mailed when you work a normal 9-5pm job and they are only open for 3 hours on Saturday, which makes for a long line….

Horrible customer service, had attitudes the entire time. Will not provide shipping label for you and then when I needed it taped on they MADE me buy $4 tape just to tape the shipping label to my box. Will not be returning, this place is a disgrace.

My son has, more than twice, mailed me gift cards from there, none has ever made it to me. If you’re mailing anything important, go elsewhere

Does all mail go out of town or is there still in town mail

It all goes out of town. We don't hold any mail in the building.

Hi! My son shared an apartment in Radford until August with some other young men (college). We are looking for his W-2 and are thinking it may be in his old mailbox there at the Smithfield Apartments on Grove Ave. Please advise as how to get it. Ty!

You'll need to contact the P.O. in Radford to get that answer. It's doubtful anyone from the office gets on here. They should be able to help you, though your son will likely be the one who needs to call. Due to privacy laws and such. Sometimes they don't pick up the phone, not like Dublin does.

I'm not sure. Sorry. But if you call the Dublin USPS they will pick up the phone, unlike the one in Radford. I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
