First let me start with Lucy De Hoyos is amazing. I rented sight unseen and she was very responsive throughout the entire process even after hours. I moved in and let me say this the house is beautiful and location is great. So I moved in and walked the home and the maintenance was very subpar. The home had dead bugs throughout and not cleaned well, several unaddressed items that truly needs to be repaired. When I reached out for assistance no one has contacted me in my concerns or acknowledged my emails. I have several unfinished damaged drywall repairs, the carpet was not cleaned, one of the bathroom sinks has rusted out and they used silicone to stop it from leaking, the heating and AC was not working, all of the drawers throughout the home still had signs of an old resident, one of the garage doors don’t work unless you manually lift it. I can continue but it’s a lot. Maintenance needs to really do a complete paint, punch, & clean when that are turning over the homes. Really repair the things that needs to repaired. I am honestly not confident that they will get everything properly repaired.
