Spoke with Beth and she was rude. Ferguson could not even supply information requested for a purchase, but instead kept transferring me. It became so time consuming trying to make a purchase from them I simply went somewhere else. I could not recommend this company.

Looking for a few items for our house. Took our name and told us someone would be with us shortly. After 20 minutes we were told didn’t know how long it it would take to be helped. Suggested we make an appointment… nothing available this week. Very rude and ostentatious. Tried to make us feel inferior. Went to Koehler store 3miles away …gladly helped us with all our items! Beware of the Ferguson store

When it comes to returns, I believe that the best way is to go to the store in person, make the return and take the opportunity to make a new purchase or exchange what you didn't like... That's what I do, hope I helped.
You may initiate a return for a defective item within 180 days of receipt for a full refund.
For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 180 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 181 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
