My mom was here for a little over a year. Without getting too far into detail, go anywhere else. There is a constant smell of urine throughout the whole building. No one in the offices ever calls back. Or responds to emails. I understand taking a while to respond, but 6 months later to never is unacceptable. I’ve heard aides and staff be flat out rude to my mother while i was on the phone with her. The elevators need some serious maintenance. The “guest bathroom” on the first floor constantly feels like it’s 100 degrees. My mothers personal belongings went missing. Including her own wheelchair. With HER name on it.
