I live in Cincinnati and needed a place for nails for an event. This is after one week, a gel mani… my gel manicures down here last over a month. My tech Leah disappeared on me multiple times. Took over two hours to service my mani and pedi.

Quite honestly very disappointed, I’ve been here a few times now and this time was my worst experience at a salon ever. You come to a place like this to relax and to self care. Everything felt rushed. So rushed she cut a little too much of my cuticle and I bled. Now I’m not gonna die from this little cut but it does make my manicured nails look botched. The polish is filled with bubbles and the acrylic poorly shaped and applied. Now I’m not saying everyone here is bad at their job. Maybe I just was unfortunate with who I had do my hand nails, the tech who did my toes was friendly and pleasant. To top it off she assumed the amount of tip I was giving her Not giving me my full amount of change back. I was going to still tip her out of my own morals but I was just shocked she kept it herself without even asking or waiting to me to thank her for the services and giving her a tip. Overall, unsatisfied and I’ll be looking for a new place to get my services at.

I’m not sure her name but she’s the second row first chair and let me just say she did an amazing job on my fill in! Got my exact nail shape I wanted and length! And the polish job was good as well !

Great place for manis and pedis. They also have a bar 😉
