Super impressed with the first experience here. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We switched services with no issues. My only complaint is the length of time in-between scheduling appointments but I'm going to consider it that this place is just that good. Can't wait to be worked into a consistent schedule. I'll update my review in 6 months. So far.... 5/5 stars!

Called Friday 4-22 for appointment, said someone would call Monday, no one called back. It's Thursday, 4-28 still no call back. Update, it's 5-2 no call back. Guess I'll try again.

The lady that runs the front office has no clue how to do her job....its sad that anyone has to deal with her..she is to lazy to open file to pull insurance info and wants everyone to send her a email with copy of insurance info but she never opens her emails ..we send it one time for there records but she just cant do her job....

Sorry, two years ago, I allowed someone else to run the practice and because of what you experienced, I took back over my practice. I can assure you now that no call back will not happen. I apologize for your negative experience. Take care and give us another chance. Nancy Lowrie
Just speaking from experience. A variety of professionals, specializing in different areas. They accept most insurance. Depending on who you will be seeing, and what for can determine your wait time. In most cases they can see you really fast! Definitely give them a call! Good luck!
